A pleasant afternoon treat for youngsters, but also
substantial enough to substitute for a quick breakfast.

1 ripe banana
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
|
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1/2 cup orange juice |
| Peel banana and cut into chunks. Put with all remaining
ingredients into blender; process until smooth. Makes 1 serving. |
