Blueberry
Crisp

4 cups blueberries
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt

1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup nut meats, chopped |
| To flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon, add butter and blend.
Add oats and nuts; blend together. Mix about 1/4 of the crumb mixture
with the blueberries. Place blueberries in buttered baking dish and
cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about
35-40 minutes. Serve warm. |
