Chowder

2 lbs haddock fillets
5 medium potatos
2 onions
|
2 cans of condensed evaporated milk
1 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste |
| Cut potatos and onions into bite sized pieces. Place
into a pot. Add just enough water to cover the veggies. Cook until
tender, stirring occassionally. Add the milk and fish. Cook for about
5 - 10 minutes. Add butter and season with salt and pepper. Once butter
has melted it is ready to serve. |
