Fruit Milkshake
1 banana
1 cup sliced strawberries, blueberries, peaches or crushed pineapple
2 cups low-fat milk
1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Blend at low speed until smooth and frothy. Makes about 5 cups.
