Shrimp

4 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
4 tablespoons of flour

2 cups milk
2/4 cup cooked peas
1 cup cooked & peeled shrimp |
| Melt butter over low heat. Blend in the flour, salt
and pepper. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Mix in the milk and
return to the stove. Bring to a boil stirring continuously. Boil for
1 minute, remove from heat and add shrimp and peas. Serve over steamed
rice or toast points. |
