| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift dry ingedients
in to mixing bowl . Add vanilla, vinegar, oil, and water. Blend well;
pour in to ungreased 9-inch square pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frost or sprinkle confectiones sugar on top.
